Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist who can be seen at HLN, CNN, and other platforms. Her television show, LAST HOUSE REMAINING on DIY NETWORK was launched on March 30 2012. She also serves as on camera meteorologist, and co-executive director. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER published Palgrave Macmillan on January 31 in 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston Schneider worked as an all-day, week-long special assignment reporter who covered the entertainment industry and lifestyle. Prior to joining WB56 she was the meteorologist on weekends for WFOR-TV located in Miami. There were a variety of meteorology, report, and television positions. These include: News 12 Long Island - an all-day cable news TV network, as well as WXII-TV - an NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem. Also, she was a frequent fill-in on The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
