Vanessa Ray was an American model, actor and actress that appeared in television movies and shows such as Suits. As an actress, she was first able to take on small role and starring as guest actors in stage and TV shows. One of the early significant roles in her career was one that recurred in the soap-opera As the World Turns. The show was a look into everyday life of medical and lawyers. In later years, she gained fame for her character Jenny Griffith in the legal drama Suits. Harvey Specter a legal expert and Mike who was his assistant, dealt with cases on this show. The show received positive reviews as well as numerous awards. Other works she is known for include the police show Blue Bloods. The show was largely received with positive feedback. Ray was also featured in numerous films that she appeared in, such as Not Waving But Drowning (in which she starred in the main character) as well as The Rumperbutts (in which she was a part of the supporting cast). Cole proved that she could play women who are more complicated than they appeared. Then, she starred as the stunning and beautiful character in The Event, a science-fiction series.
