Natalie Dormer
was born on 11 February 1982. She is an English actress. Her accolades include
winning an Empire Award, and receiving nominations for an Critics'' Choice
Award, two Gemini Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. Dormer was born in
Reading, Berkshire. She made her name by playing the character of Anne Boleyn
in the part she played in the Showtime series The Tudors (2008), which received
acclaim from the public. In Sweet Nothings (2010), she made her stage debut.
She was also the Duchess of York in Madonna's W.E. (2011), Private Lorraine in
Captain America The First Avenger (2011). The performance she gave in After
Miss Julie (2012) at the Young Vic was praised. Dormer received worldwide
praise and the spotlight for her role as Margaery Tyrell (2012-2016 on HBO) and
Cressida (2014-2015 on The Hunger Games), of which are among her top-rated
films. She also voiced of Onica in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (2018),
Sara Price Jess Price in The Forest (2016), and Irene Adler/Moriarty in the CBS
series Elementary (2013)-15. The show was well-received for her part in Penny
Dreadful City of Angels (2020). Dormer was born in Reading (Berkshire), England
on the 11th of February, 1982. She is the daughter of Gary Dormer, Claire
Richards and Samantha Dormer.
