Paula Faris
Paula Faris, an American journalist,
previously worked as an anchor for television at ABC News. Her stints as
co-anchor of Good Morning America Weekend (2014-2018) and co-host of The View
(2015-2018) are famous. She was also co-anchor on America This Morning as well
as World News Now. After graduating, she worked in several
communications-related jobs including an operations position at Mills/James
Productions in Columbus, Ohio. Because of the lack of opportunities in
television, she was offered an opportunity as an agent for sales at radio.
After one year working as a production assistant at WKEF/WRGT, she eventually
was capable of reporting and anchoring at times. She was the anchor for
weekends for WCPO TV in Cincinnati as well as the anchor for weekdays for WCPO
TV in Cincinnati from 2002 until 2005. She was a sports reporter for the NBC's
Chicago affiliate WMAQ-TV from November 2005 until December 2011, when her
contract was terminated. She was appointed by ABC News the news division in
December of 2011. The 2nd of January, 2012, she debuted on ABC News' World News
Now and America This Morning. She was a reporter and substitute for Good
Morning America during this period. In the following years, she was made a New
York-based correspondent for every ABC News programs. She hosted America This
Morning and World News Now's last episode on January 22nd 2013. Following the
time that Bianna Golodryga resigned to join Yahoo!, her debut as co-anchor of
Good Morning America Weekend was scheduled for August 9, 2014. News. News. The
show revealed on August 3 on the 3rd of August, 2016, that she was renewed for
her contract for the 20th season. Season 21 was also the first season she was
renewed as co-host. She was a regular guest on episodes on Fridays of the 21st
and 22nd seasons.
