Abbie Cornish is an Australian actress. At 13 she started modeling, and at 15 her first acting gig. After her modeling career, Cornish went on to appear in numerous films and television programs. Cornish is well-known for her roles in historical films like 'Elizabeth The Golden Age,' the courtier Bess Tharockmorton as well as the heroin addict in Candy. She also played Lindy in the sci fi thriller 'Limitless' and Fanny Brawne as Fanny Brawne's character in the biopic 'Bright Star. On TV, she is well-known for appearing in 'Outriders' and 'Marking Time'. Cornish is a singer and rapper who has been performing since 2000 under the stage name MC Dusk. She was born in New South Wales. She was raised by three of her siblings and enjoyed a happy childhood. When she reached 16 and her parents divorced, she was devastated.
